Can I try on the dress?
Yes, at home . You order, try on in peace and only keep it if it's perfect. You have 1 free size exchange (Fit-Assured) or return within 14 days for standard unworn products.
How do I measure myself correctly to get the right size?
Wear a bra , the centimeter on the skin : Bust at the most prominent point, Waist at the narrowest area, Hip at the widest area. Do you have a belly? Measure relaxed . Send us your measurements — we will quickly confirm your size.
The dress looks small—what do I do?
Put on the dress correctly: gently lift the skirt lining on your body to release the material at the waist — it will immediately fit correctly. If you're still unsure, write to us and we'll guide you.
Will the dress arrive by the event date?
We display the estimated time on the selected size/variant. Express option for emergencies.
How do I pay?
3D Secure Card , Cash on Delivery or Installment/BNPL (where available). No hidden costs — see the total before payment.
How do I receive confirmations and the AWB?
You will receive a confirmation email and, upon shipment, AWB & tracking . Check the address you entered and your Spam/Promotions folders. If you used a different email, check that inbox.
Where are the dresses made?
In Romania , in the LARIÉTTE workshop. We control the quality , fit and production deadlines .
What is the return policy?
14 days for standard products (unworn, with tags). Refund within 2–14 days after receipt. Made-to-Measure products are not returnable; we offer adjustments and alternative solutions.
I don't know what size to choose. Can you help me?
Yes. Send your bust/waist/hips (+ height/weight and event date ), and the stylist will recommend your size and, if needed, the Made-to-Measure option. Quick response.
